 The sudden surge in Covid-19 cases has taken a toll on every person's mind, shifting the scenario back to work from home.

 
 
Though juggling household chores, office work and family can be cumbersome, it shouldn't bow yoou down.
Experts list tips to stay productive and balance your work and personal life.
 
MAINTAIN A ROUTINE:-
We usually develop a habit of getting up late, not making our bed and working till late. Break that pattern. Have a bath get dressed, ditch those pyjamas and start working. Fix a time for everything, be it work, meal or recreation.


 
MAKE A TO -DO LIST:-
On a piece of paper or digitally, write down all the tasks. Go through the list multiple times day and keep checking the boxes.This will help increase your productivity and do more in a day than expected.
REDUCE SCREEN TIME:-
When we get up in the morning, the first thing we do is check our phones.Let the mornings be for a digital detox, even its for 30 minutes after you wake up. make sure you don't have your meals before the screen. Spend your meal break with family just like you did with colleagues at work.
FIXED WORKING HOURS:-
Fix a time to start and finish your work. if the workload is more, prioritize what has to be donetoday and what can be done tomorrow.


 
ME TIME IS CRUCIAL:-
Read, listen to music, gaze outside the window or just take a nap- do whatever works for you. Take a cup of tea o coffee and unwind yourself for a few minutes.
MORNING YOGA:-
weave yoga and meditation into family time. Everyone can sit and relax set the tone for the day,stretch well and then get going.Morning hours with family are the best. 
STAY POSITIVE:-
Don't crib about any situation in front of kids as they grasp things quite quickly. Take time to do fun activities together, such as playing games, reading books, gardening and bird watching. This time may not return once we get back to work.
