There are many things you can do to slow or stop hair loss. But the treatment is successfull if you know the reason behind the hair loss.

Some instances are like hairfall after pregnancy but there's no need to worry as it may resolve on its own.

NOTE:- Everyone sheds hair daily which is perfectly normal.

Generally, when hair loss is persistent that is the time when you look for a Doctor. Your healthcare provider may be able to diagnose if your hair loss is caused by things like thyroid issues, stress, scalp infections, androgenic alopecia, or simply aging.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO STOP HAIRFALL:-

1. MEDITERRANEAN DIET:-

A study revealed that a diet containing raw vegetables and fresh herbs, like the Mediterranean diet, may reduce the risk of pattern baldness in men or women or slow its onset.

The best results came when participants consumed high amounts of these foods i.e. more than three days a week.


2.PROTEIN:-

Hair follicles are made mostly of protien called keratin. One study of 100 people with hair loss noted several nutritional deficiencies in participants, including amino acids that serve as the building blocks of protein.While reasearchers noted that more studies are needed eating a diet rich in protein may help prevent hair loss. Protien rich diet includes:- eggs, nuts, beans, fish, peas, low-fat dairy product,chicken and turkey.




3.VITAMIN:-

Vitamin A is composed in part of retinoid which has been shown to increase the rate of hair growth. This vitamin may also help with sebum production, keeping the scalp healthier and able to retain more hairs.

Fill your plate with foods rich in Vitamin A , such as sweet potatoes, sweet peppers and spinach just to name a few.


4. TRYING A SCALP MASSAGE:-

A small study found that a daily 4 minute scalp massage strimulated hair growth. These findings are promising. But researchers will need to study larger samples to determine whether scalp massages are helpful for hair loss.


5. USING COCONUT OIL FOR DAMAGED HAIR:-

A study founded that coconut oil may help to prevent hair loss due to ultraviolent light damage or grooming habits. However further research is necessary to confirm this.

Applying coconut oil to the scalp could strengthen hair and avoid loss from damage.
